Since we are Christian school communities, someone in your school must take responsibility for overseeing and directing the spiritual health of students, parents, teachers, and families. Who carries the pastoral mantle in your school? Central to that role is helping to resolve family, spiritual and behavioral issues between parents and their students—family issues that can have a great impact on the community itself.
